The Challenge

Candy, sponsor of the Trolls movie, tasked us with integrating the Trolls themes of togetherness and positivity with their kitchen appliances in the UK and Irish markets. Our challenge was to align the essence of Trolls with Candy's ethos, emphasizing the connection, synergy, and key messaging harmony. The movie's theme, "Life's more fun when you band together," provided an opportunity to infuse Candy's values of smart, accessible, and connected products with a touch of magic from the Trolls universe.

The Solution

We created a comprehensive 360-marketing campaign, blending playful messaging of connectivity, family, and togetherness with character art and product highlights. The campaign included over 300 static and motion assets, covering brand activation in the on-sale spaces of retailers such as AO, Currys, Argos, and Very. Our solution featured a competition, assets for social platforms, POS artwork, stickers, strut cards, an official launch party event, and a community outreach fundraiser.
